Jen is an Investigative Journalist, Podcast Producer & Founder of Reignited Media & Shores of Strength ( a nonprofit dedicated to victims & their families). She also Co-Founded Fire Eyes Media & is on a mission to bring awareness to true crime cases & giving victims a voice.

Jen is also a dual certified life and grief coach and she has a passion for mental health advocacy. She recently founded The Reignited Project & Healing Reignited Podcast.

I started The Reignited Project because I know what it feels like to walk through grief and trauma—and I believe there's power in sharing those stories and finding healing together. This project is all about turning pain into purpose and helping others reignite their inner fire.

The Healing Reignited Podcast is a key part of this movement. It’s a space where I’ll share my journey as an advocate and grief coach, dive into real stories of loss and resilience, and offer practical tools for mental wellness and transformation.

This is a community for those navigating grief, trauma, or mental health struggles, and a place where we turn our struggles into strength.
