Noah, not free. The Journal, the murder. I've been living all these years wondering why my brother was murdered? Why? For what reason? It wasn't a robbery? So what else am I supposed to think that it had something to do with my mother? A few months after I graduated college, NPD homicide detective showed up at my friend Nicholas's house with an arrest warrant, charging me in the murder of Morris Smith. Wait what how? Because I would not let him get away with a lot of stuff he tried to get away with. I'm n Ley Hunt And this is NOLA ninety three, The Journal and the Murder. We go back to New Orleans and the death of Morris Smith. It's unsolved. He was a twenty four year old who was gunned down while standing in a doorway. There are plenty of witnesses, But why is it they arrested one of his friends who didn't fit the description. Some say his mother had something to do with it. Everybody on the outside thought my mom was a sweet, kind, loving, wonderful woman. She was evil behind closed doors. I think there would have been lots of witnesses. I don't see Matt getting out of this house, making that distance and coming back the retirement perfectly. It just seems really far festered me. He overheard some guy named Solomon bragging to his buddies about having committed the murder and laughing about the fact that a white guy was in custody. He was a kind, so very kind. Uh, he gave you the shirt off his back. That's cliche, but you know, no. Not three. Written and produced by Endley Hunt for Fireeyes, Media music by the amazing Morlocks from San Diego and Captain Fat Hands because I love the cut of his jib.
