13-year-old Rachel Mellon-Skemp was home sick from school on January 31st, 1996, when she called her grandparents to thank them for their Christmas presents. What began as an ordinary conversation took a strange turn when Rachel suddenly became quiet and, when her grandmother asked if someone was there, Rachel said yes. The call ended shortly after. By that evening, Rachel was gone. Nearly thirty years later, her disappearance remains unsolved, leaving behind a timeline filled with questions and one mystery that has never been answered…
